A credit-origination platform in production
A credit originator, Colombia.
What hurt
Credit applications moved through spreadsheets, chat threads and three people's memory, so nobody could say where a file was, who had approved it, or which one was about to run past the time it had been promised.
What we built
A credit-origination platform in production: the credit process written down before it was coded, and the software enforcing that document — who may see a file, who may move it, and what has to be true before it advances. Commission closing stopped being a spreadsheet and became a module inside the platform.
What ran on top
No campaign runs on top of this one. What runs on top is the operation itself: a briefing that opens the day with what is yours by role, service level tracking with breach detection over a prioritized queue, and an API our agents operate the platform through, beside the client's own team.
What moved
We publish no number for this one. What changed is who has to be in the room: the process lives in the software instead of in three people's memory, access is decided by role instead of by trust, and the file about to run late announces itself before it is late.
The credit process was documented before any of it was coded, and the deployed software enforces that document.
A role-based access model decides what each role sees and moves, and commission closing runs as a module inside the platform.
Service level tracking with breach detection over a prioritized queue, a role-aware briefing at the start of the day, and an API our agents operate the platform through.
Services used
Not published. We publish a duration only where the record supports it.

The possible part of the impossible.
If you have an idea that shouldn't work, bring it. We will tell you which part is genuinely impossible and which part is only hard. Most of it is the second one.
