Sell from one catalog across your own store and the marketplaces — for brands that sell direct
Make It Happen builds commerce and payment systems for brands selling direct: one catalog with real stock behind every channel, checkout, subscriptions and payment links, legal invoicing where a country requires it, and a handoff to fulfillment so an order ships without being retyped.
This page describes what the studio builds for this kind of business. It does not claim a delivered engagement in that industry — where one exists, it is published on that industry's own page.
What this looks like today
An order lands on the marketplace. Somebody copies it into the invoicing tool, then into the courier's system, then marks the stock down in a spreadsheet. Three transcriptions per order, and the day the spreadsheet is wrong the store sells a size that is not on the shelf.
Every channel keeps its own idea of stock. Your own store, two marketplaces and a live sale all sell from numbers that were true this morning. Overselling is not a system failure here; it is the predictable result of four catalogs pretending to be one.
Then the invoice. In Colombia electronic invoicing is a legal standard, not a preference, and issuing by hand for every channel is a job somebody does at the end of the day. Generated from the order, it is issued when the order is, and it cannot disagree with it.
What you get
One catalog with variants, real stock and availability rules behind every channel you sell on.
Checkout, cart recovery, discounts and cross-sell, plus payment links for selling a single item in a message with no storefront.
Charging across countries and currencies with the methods a buyer in that market already uses, and subscriptions or recurring charges where the product repeats.
Legal invoicing automated where the country requires it, including electronic invoicing in Colombia, issued from the order rather than typed after it.
A handoff to your fulfillment and courier operators, with returns, exchanges and tracking the buyer can follow without writing to you.
What this is not
We do not warehouse, pick or ship your stock. We connect your store to the operator that does, and keeping that connection working is our job.
We do not open your payment accounts or negotiate your terms. Those contracts are signed in your name, and we build against whatever you sign.
We do not do your accounting. We automate issuing the documents the law requires; the filings and the books stay with whoever closes your month.

Questions buyers actually ask
Has a paying client bought this yet?
No. The capability is built and codified — catalog, checkout, charging, invoicing and the fulfillment handoff all run — but no client has bought it as a project, and nothing on this page describes a result somebody else got. We would rather tell you that in the first conversation than borrow a case.
Can one stock number serve my store and the marketplaces?
That is the point of a single catalog. Variants, stock and availability rules live in one place, and every channel sells against the same number, so a sale on one reduces what the others can offer. Where a channel only accepts a scheduled update, the delay is visible rather than assumed.
Does it issue the electronic invoice, or do we still do that by hand?
It issues it. Where a country requires electronic invoicing, Colombia included, the document is generated from the order and issued as the order is, with the buyer's details already on it. Nobody retypes a line. What the law asks of your filings and your books stays on your side.
How long until we can sell from it?
Four to eight weeks to a first working version you can sell from: catalog, checkout, one payment method and one shipping route live. Extra countries, subscriptions and marketplace connections are added after that, in the order of what actually moves volume for you rather than what is easiest to build.
The possible part of the impossible.
If you have an idea that shouldn't work, bring it. We will tell you which part is genuinely impossible and which part is only hard. Most of it is the second one.
