CRM & lead systems
Make It Happen builds CRM and lead systems: capture from every surface you actually use, automatic qualification and routing, and a pipeline shaped like the way you really sell. For companies that collect leads in several places and cannot say what happened to them.
Leads arrive and nobody knows where they went
Every lead lands somewhere, with an owner and a next step.
What it solves
Leads come in through forms, messaging apps and phone calls, and at the end of the month nobody can say how many there were, which ones were worked, or which ones were worth anything.
A generic pipeline gets bent into shape until nobody updates it. We build the states you actually move deals through, with an owner on every one and a follow-up commitment that is visible when it slips.
Without conversion by source, you cannot tell which channel deserves more attention. Every record carries where it came from, so the reporting answers that question instead of raising it.
What you get
Capture across every surface you actually use: forms, landing pages, messaging apps and automated conversations
Automatic qualification and routing, so a lead has an owner before anyone opens it
A pipeline built around your real stages rather than a generic one bent into shape
Ownership, states and follow-up commitments, with a visible record when one slips
Reporting on conversion per source, and on what happened after the handoff
Ongoing administration of the system, if you want it run rather than handed over
We do not provide the telephone system. Calls are logged against a record, but the lines, the dialer and the call recording are bought in your name and we build against them.
We do not import history we cannot verify. Half-filled, duplicated records from an old system poison the reporting on day one, so we bring across what is clean and archive the rest.
We do not write the follow-up messages your team sends. Templates, sequences and triggered sends are the messaging and lifecycle service; here every lead gets an owner and a next step.
What changes
Leads scattered across inboxes, phones and notebooks.
One list, every lead on it, each with an owner and a next step.
A monthly count that nobody trusts.
Conversion per source, from first contact to closed, in one place.
Who this fits
Commercial teams of roughly three to forty, where leads already arrive faster than anyone can track them by hand.
Someone asked how many leads came in last month and the answer took three days.
3–5 weeks to a first working version
Whoever works the leads gets trained first, not the manager: week one is one pipeline, one form and one routing rule in live use, and nothing else is turned on until that is habit.
Every engagement, same nine stages
Nine stages, in order, each one handing over a document the next one reads. It is the same sequence whatever is being built, which is why we can tell you where your project is on any day of the week.
Questions buyers actually ask
How long does it take to get a CRM actually running?
Three to five weeks to a first working version, in use with real leads rather than a demo. We start with one capture surface and one pipeline, then add the rest once people are using it. A system launched complete and adopted by nobody is the common failure here.
Can it catch leads that come in through messaging apps?
Yes. Messaging apps, forms, landing pages, phone calls and automated conversations all land as the same kind of record, with the source attached. That matters more than it sounds: until every surface produces one comparable record, the count is an opinion and conversion per source cannot be calculated.
We already have a CRM nobody uses — can you fix that?
Often, yes, and the fix is usually fewer fields rather than more. We look at where people abandon it, cut the stages nobody moves through, and make the next step obvious on every record. If the tool itself is the obstacle, we say that instead of decorating it.
Do you run it for us or hand it over?
Either. Handed over, you get the configuration, the routing rules and the documentation, and it is yours to change. Run, we administer it on an ongoing basis: new sources, new stages, the reporting each month. Volume is agreed up front, because this is built carefully and not infinitely.
Who owns the data if we stop working with you?
You do, and it leaves in a format you can read. Records, history, routing rules and reports export on request at any point, not only at the end. Access is role-based, so you control who sees what while we work, including what we can see ourselves.
Where it fits
If there is nothing in the pipeline yet, a system to work leads has no work to do — paid media is where the leads come from. Paid media & demand
The possible part of the impossible.
If you have an idea that shouldn't work, bring it. We will tell you which part is genuinely impossible and which part is only hard. Most of it is the second one.
